Teams will check in on July 9th at the Crowne Plaza 4728 Constitution Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70808.

One person (and only one person) must check in the team. Others attending the team check in will be allowed to visit the vendor booths. Additionally, Preorder items will be pickup at the Crowne Plaza during the team check in times.

Birth Certificates are required to checkin teams. Copies of Birth Certificates are OK. Hospital Certificates are NOT accepted for this event.

Only government issued forms of identification are accepted.

Teams are required to have all documentation with them at all times.

If a player’s credentials are suspected of being falsified, the team and player can be removed from the event without refund.

It is recommended for parents to have access to original documentation in case of this situation.
