ENTRY FEES

Entry fees are due July 5th.

All team entry fees are $595.

Teams are not eligible for an entry fee refund 14 days prior to the start of the event. Gate fees are non-refundable at any point.

ROSTERS

1. All rosters must be entered online. NO WRITE IN PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED. If a manager does not have a player listed online and it is discovered by the tournament, the team will be removed from the event and not allowed to continue play.

2. All rostered players must meet all guidelines listed in the usssa.com rule book. Listing a player on your roster is mandatory but you should also make sure you know that player's entire history of teams he/she has played for. Any player currently rostered to a major team is not eligible for the USSSA Allstar World Series. A team participating in the USSSA Allstar World Series can have two (2) players currently rostered to AAA teams. It is the manager's responsibility to ensure their roster is correct and in accordance with all USSSA rules. Examples of adds that would not be legal, player with no history, player who was frozen to a higher class team is same season (same or older age team), player with no current year history and comes from a higher class team in prior year.

ADMISSION

1. There will be gate admissions collected at each park. We will have a daily entry admissions and a weekly admissions pass.

2. Ages 8 and Under are FREE - Ages 9 and Up

3. All admissions sales are final. There are No refunds or rainchecks. In order to pick up preordered passes, a government issued ID is required. The person that ordered the passes is the only person that will be allowed to pickup their passes.

PRE ORDER ITEMS

The deadline to preorder items is July 7th! All pre-ordered items will be picked up at team check-in on July 9th at The Crowne Plaza during coaches check-in. Preorder Shirts will be shipped to the team ahead of time.

All sales are final. There are No refunds. In order to pick up preordered passes or ws t-shirts, a government issued ID is required. The person that ordered the items is the only person that will be allowed to pick them up.

SCHEDULES

1. Pool Schedules will not be posted until two days before the event. We will do our best to get them out earlier but 2 days prior to the event is the latest they will be out.

2. During pool play, we will do our best to not schedule games vs same state opponents. This is not a guarantee that you will not play games against teams from your state.

3. Teams need to plan on the event starting on July 9th for team check-in, July 10th - July 14th will be games.
